We’ve been quite excited to come to Yokohama and thus far it hasn’t disappointed. After the relatively quiet cities of Maebashi and Tsuchiura, Yokohama is a breath of fresh air, busy and with plenty to do. We’ve spent our day looking around the shops in Minato Mirai and truly eating our fill in the restaurants. However we shall delve into the bulk of this city tomorrow when we look for the similarities this major port city has with Vermilion City.
As a side note however, we did manage to find the Yokohama Pokémon Centre, filled with all the Pokémon merchandise one could ever hope to find. The pictures should give a good impression of what to find in this relatively large shop. Opposite were the Shonen Jump and the Studio Ghibli shops which were cool to see also.
